When traditional parenting classes were canceled during my first pregnancy, I began an online journey of curating resources to help myself prepare. Many of these have been critical throughout the first few years of my parenting journey.
Birthing & Parenting Basics

Pampers offers a free 9-part video series covering pregnancy to immediately after birth. Good supplement to traditional parenting classes.

From tracking your pregnancy, to postpartum health, to baby basics (including infant CPR), babycenter truly has it all and was a life-saver in the early days for me.
Handy Apps

CDC’s Milestone Tracker App offers illustrative checklists based on your baby’s age, helpful tips for promoting healthy development, and resources if you’re concerned about their development.

The Baby Tracker – Newborn Log (iPhone only) was sooo helpful in keeping track of feedings, sleep, medications and more. When the pediatrician asks “how many wet diapers per day?”, this was the only reason I could answer.
